At Opulent Gurlz, we proudly ship worldwide to select countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday through Saturday).
Shipping Times:
- Economy Shipping: 8–15 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping Costs:
International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package and the destination country. Final shipping rates will be displayed at checkout so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country and are outside of Opulent Gurlz’s control.

🔄 International Return Policy
We want you to love your Opulent Gurlz purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following terms:
Return Window:
International customers have up to 20 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of Items:
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are not included. However, we’re happy to assist by offering a discounted return shipping label.
How to Request an International Return
To help us reduce spam and serve you better, all international return requests must be submitted through our official form:

Here’s how it works:

Submit Your Request:
Go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. -
Approval & Discounted Label:
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll generate a discounted return shipping label.
We’ll email you an invoice for the discounted shipping cost. -
Receive Your Label:
After your invoice is paid, we’ll email you the return shipping label for you to print and attach to your package. -
Ship Back Your Items:
Ship your package back to us using the label provided.
Ensure items are securely packed. -
Store Credit or Refunds:
If your return is accepted, we’ll issue store credit for the merchandise amount (excluding original shipping and return label costs).
Refunds to your original payment method are only issued if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped or defective merchandise).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom orders
- Items marked final sale
- Deeply discounted items
