OPULENT GURLZ does not offer refunds for size-related or preference-based purchases.

Due to detailed, in-house size charts provided on every product page, size-related or preference-based returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds are issued only if an item is defective due to a manufacturing issue or if an incorrect item was shipped.

All refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo documentation for verification.

Once approved, OPULENT GURLZ will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Damage caused during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), as all shipments are insured and liability rests with the carrier.
