Please keep in mind shipping times may vary and be extended due to COVID-19.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED. HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We know how excited you are, just as we are to get your product shipped out to you. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to resolve any issues. If customer service attempts to contact you and they are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund to the payment method on file as well as a notification via email.

PRE-ORDERS

EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM HAS A DIFFERENT SHIPPING DATE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION , BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RUSH OR EXPRESS SHIPPING- PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from OPULENT GURLZ, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. OPULENT GURLZ DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. OPULENT GURLZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, OPULENT GURLZ will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS ( 1-800-742-5877 ) or USPS ( 1-800-275-8777 ) for further assistance.

ALL PACKAGES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. If you are not available to sign at the time of delivery, your tracking will be updated with a nearby access point where you can pick up the package. If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be sent back to us. In this case, an invoice will be sent to you to repay the shipping fee. If it is not paid within 3 business days, you will receive store credit and your items will be restocked online.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders IN STOCK leave our location within 1-2 business days after your order is processed (this is determined by volume) Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via Email automatically.

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you after receiving notification your items have been shipped.
